Highly recommended. The rooms were clean and updated. The location is accessible. it is quiet during the night. The administrative staff is friendly and helpful. The housekeeper personnel are on top of their duties.

Staff were great! It is not well publisized about some of the shuttle services offered. No information on Booking about shuttles from the airport or to cruise port. Important information that would have been helpful when planning.

Hollywood is amazing: Greatest asset is the Broadwalk ! Good restaurants on the Broadwalk and also (even better restaurants) on the Intracoastal side: Taverna Opa is a must! Le Tub has amazing burgers! Tip: park at Margaritaville - good bars, restaurants, live entertainment, Everything that I mentioned is an easy walk from there

I love Hollywood Beach. There's no need to rent a car. So many restaurants and hotels within easy walking distance. Try "Opa' for delicious Greek food and great middle eastern music- catch the belly dancer who does a fun floor show! Fun to take the circuit into town for a change of scenery and cuisine! The Broadwalk is clean and clear for a nice long daily walk, run or bicycle ride! It's casual and lively.

Check in, no reservation on file, took over an hour to finally find reservation. Booked 18th floor got 37th. No key in lockbox when we arrived. Was never given a lockbox code to retrieve key. The room had to be sanitized and swept by us as had not been cleaned very well. Cushions missing on balcony and chair cushion stains. Bathroom sink plugged and not draining. Spent the first day and half waiting for maintenance to attend to clogged drain. (Said they were coming that night, pinged them and after waiting they said they would be there in morning, pinged them again and they did not show up until 1:00PM. Elevators went down twice and when they were working took forever. Water shut off due to flooding on the 12th floor. Was only one day where we did not have issues. Booking.com nor Hyde beach tried to remedy or make whole for issues. Icing on the cake was Hyde beach extorting $200 for cleaning of preexisting stain on chair and stain in shower. How do you get a stain in the shower only using soap and water? Disputing cleaning charge.

This is one of the greatest beaches that I have ever been to. I mean everything you need is right there. being from out of town and in a much colder climate it was nice to fly there and just be at the beach and the broadwalk with everything that I needed. No driving around all day and here and there, you can just be in the vacation spot the whole time and not have to leave.
