Check in, no reservation on file, took over an hour to finally find reservation. Booked 18th floor got 37th. No key in lockbox when we arrived. Was never given a lockbox code to retrieve key. The room had to be sanitized and swept by us as had not been cleaned very well. Cushions missing on balcony and chair cushion stains. Bathroom sink plugged and not draining. Spent the first day and half waiting for maintenance to attend to clogged drain. (Said they were coming that night, pinged them and after waiting they said they would be there in morning, pinged them again and they did not show up until 1:00PM. Elevators went down twice and when they were working took forever. Water shut off due to flooding on the 12th floor. Was only one day where we did not have issues. Booking.com nor Hyde beach tried to remedy or make whole for issues. Icing on the cake was Hyde beach extorting $200 for cleaning of preexisting stain on chair and stain in shower. How do you get a stain in the shower only using soap and water? Disputing cleaning charge.
